COLLA DESTRA poster for show 1994

Old Colla Destra poster for Crobar show in 1994. Bondelli and I made this poster at the Kinkos in the middle of the night. With glue sticks and xerox machines.

To anyone who finds this post... if you have any old photos of Colla Destra, or Mel and Jon from back in the day please email me. Any old photos of the scene, any old photos of Dreamerz, Aftermath, etc.

Peace,

Rebs

latest artwork

Submitted a sketch to David Bull of  Mokuhankan.com
He is looking for submissions for his 8 Views of Cats Ukiyo-e series of prints.
I have loved Ukiyo-e since I was 9 or 10, I had to send him something!👍😁🙏😯🙋‍♀️

Below is the well known Edo era print called Rabbit pounding rice with mortar by Hokugen. It inspired my sketch below that I sent to David.

Ink and brush portrait of my cat Yamashi. A real grumpy cat.

Birthday gift for my husband. A portrait of our cats Misumi and Yamashi. Lol they held that pose for about 1 second. I just happened to take the picture at the perfect time.

Trompe L'oiel

This was a commission for Rue Royale when I worked as part of a team with Ivan Industries. Rue Royale was/is in the Chicago Bloomingdale's.
Closeup detail of capital for Corinthian columns, all trompe l'oiel was done with artists oil paints on 1" press board.

More hand painted trompe l'oiel in foyer and the silk screened sign.
